Hi there! I'm Emmanuel, the Northbound Coordinator here at Sunline. During my day, I coordinate operations at the Laredo yard; managing timing, working with forklift operators and the load secure team, tracking loads, solving issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. I’m proud of helping reduce driver wait times and improving team communication. I got into logistics because I’ve always been curious about how things move behind the scenes, and Sunline offered a chance to grow. What I enjoy most is building strong relationships with drivers and being someone they can rely on. One moment that stood out was when we cut down transload times, which made a real difference.

Most people don’t realize how many moving parts go into each transload. It’s all about timing and precision. Outside of work, I love being outdoors, traveling to natural places, and spending time with family. Fun fact: I seem quiet at first, but I’m actually the funny one. My advice? Be consistent, stay humble, and always be open to learning. If you put in the work and stay focused, the opportunities will come.
